Please open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days. We will need photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged products, in order to submit your claim to our shipper. After you provide the images, we can process the exchange and a new product will be sent to you at no cost. After 7 days, shipping charges will be assessed. If an item is missing from your order, please call Customer Service right away. We will send your missing item promptly at no extra charge.
At this time, we do not ship bees. We hope that you understand, bees are provided “as is” without any warranties. We cannot refund bee orders once they have left our property.

We offer free shipping for most orders over $100. Some restrictions reply.
Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS Monday thru Friday. We do our best to ship your order out within 24-48 hours. Expedited services are also available.
