Our Switchgrass / Honeymoon Collab is a pairing that was developed over the last 60 weeks of testing with our favorite local distillery. The process of crafting this bar began with finding our own custom barrel of Char 3 Whiskey from Switchgrass Spirits in Saint Louis. The barrel-proof whiskey was gently reduced down to remove any alcohol. This whiskey shares the stage with our Haitian cacao + locally freeze-dried apples.
We source only the finest natural ingredients- Organic Haitian Cacao, Raw Wildflower Honey, Organic Peruvian Cacao Butter, Alcohol Removed Rye Whiskey, and Organic Apple.
