This feeder takes the place of one frame in your deep hive body. The plastic 9-5/8" deep frame feeder holds a gallon of sugar syrup. To minimize the incidence of drowning, the attached ladder provides support for the bees to climb up and down inside the feeder. When not in use, the feeder can be left inside the hive or can be removed and replaced with a frame.
